We have just seen the latest Edison note on AMC, which Young and co will be highly cognitive of.
They value us right now at just over 7p, yet for some scandalous reason, our CEO values us at 1.7p.
With that in mind, how can we trust him with another 150 million shares, to do with as he pleases ?

Giving him this authority, without any say, following his recent secret giveaway, is like turkeys voting for xmas.

It needs to be done with conditions and some form of accountability.
