There is only 40,554 tonnes available on live warrants in the LME, that's about 6 days global demand, yet nickel price is dead.

Your question is a very good one, pointless to debate imo, as we have too many members of the RY sycophants club here.
Bluemagnet makes another example of RY fobbing us off on a constant basis, the very same meeting he said he would improve comms with shareholders, untruthful statements continue unabated.

If we're lucky, it's more or worse of the same, unless this is conditioning for a smash and grab offer.

And there's only 86,580 tonnes left today. Won't be long before nickel remaining gets taken out.

So, as of today there is only 88,302 tonnes of both warrants in the exchange.
Nickel price continues to fall, but one thing remains constant, the business of trading commodities and stocks remains as crooked and opaque as always.

I know we've touched on this issue a couple of times, but I do feel that £75 mill would do it right now, maybe a bit less. It's still a good return for our new director.

9 trading days of October has seen 63,852 tonnes of class 1 nickel leave the LME.
The amount of both warrants left 94,134, that's just over 2 weeks global consumption.

This month has seen a reduction ave of 7,094 tonnes per day, so about 13 days to zero at this rate.
The Indonesian ban hasn't kicked in yet, will be interesting to see what happen end of December.

And that's another 4,428 tonnes out the door today, Only 94,134 tonnes in the LME.
Shame that Mr Young can't deliver a small piece of his continued promise of enhanced shareholder value on the back of this nickel demand.

At this sp, don't be surprised if it's more of the same. Unless our useless directors achieve something they failed at miserably in the past.

On 29 July 2011, there was 102,540 tonnes in the LME @ a price of $24,525 mt, that's $11.12 /lb.

And down another 5,928 tonnes today, leaving 102,696 in exchange.

At this rate of decline, LME will be empty in 17 trading days.
