It's actually confirmed what many of us feared.
There appears to be no strategic investor, I actually agree with Crazytowner, when he believes the RNS to be false.

I have been highly critical of RY and a few of you have castigated me for it. I now see many of those very same posters being critical of RY.
IMO he is shafting us, misleading us, failing to deliver shareholder value, failing to deliver on promises made in official RNS and now, withholding price sensitive info. Not to mention what now appears to be another shocking finance deal and I have seen nothing from him to change my view.

No strategic investor and what the hell are we paying Medea for more than 2 years for ?

So someone (not pi's) is fully aware of all the updated drill numbers and RY has given them 10% of the company for a poxy 1.2 million.
And he will ask for another shed load of shares at the agm.
We're being shafted. Some scoffed recently at a takeover for 5p a share. Not looking a bad deal at 5p now, is it ?

Yes it will keep the lights on, but is £1.2 million a good deal for 10% of a $25 billion asset ?

When will each member of the board start to add value and justify their salaries and expenses ?
