I don't agree that 5p is anywhere near fair value, but I'm not one of the happy clappers we have on this bb. You know who you are.

The way management have treated us over the last 2 years is shocking. Their recent share purchase, represents good value at 5p, I don't gnikcuf trust them.

Newcrest don't own 70% until completion of stage 4, so any offer prior would be financial suicide.
When will stage 4 be completed, that's a key question ?

Though there is a strong caveat in my post, just in case you missed it.

Numis, I'm lead to believe are being, ultra conservative with GGP, reputations are easily destroyed in the industry, what other reason would they be so conservative, now think about that for a second or two.

I have been told (and don't shoot the messenger) that Numis have revised their interim figure from 4p to 6p based on latest data to December.

Now I can not corroborate this in anyway, take it for what it's worth.
