The thing is gekko you little genius, I’m not and have not said that a decent return is guaranteed. Risk is what presents opportunity.
You have very little understanding of what you are invested in so rightly in a success or failure case it is blind luck (or lack of).
You also seem to have mistaken me for someone who give a **** about your investment. I couldn’t care less.
What is ironic is that you are, seemingly, hopeful of failure......BUT you haven’t sold. So you are either not committed or stupid or probably both.
What will be will be, but I won’t have any interest in hearing from you when we know what is happening.
Gekko- having a difference of opinion with the noisy majority is exactly why I’ve made money on AIM over the last 10 years and why you are scraping around with 16,000 SOU shares.
Re hard feelings - none taken.
100’s of investors of course I agree. But the crazies are on every forum and it is representative (not precisely though) of the AIM investor.
Not sure why II’s wouldn’t want to come in now. But I do understand that most would have relatively strict risk profiling/MCAP requirements etc. They were able to attract II’s at much higher prices though.
The supply and demand doesn’t value the asset or potential. It just values the current interest - and given the volume clearly there is very little interest atm.
Yeah I appreciate what you are saying. I do trust them - but understand their role (JP) is to market the business so you cannot always take things at face value.
Cannot see a straight sale - but never have - but there is significant value beyond 7p with the Horst representing 350% of the current SP.
They have tried to prove up more risky options away from the Horst and failed, but that absolutely does not mean that there isn’t producible gas within the license and MUCH NEARER the Horst. So the only way I can see the BOD (and OGIF in particular) capturing some upside is to sell with contingency or free carry joint venture or similar. But that is fine with me as at 7p it is pretty worthless anyway.
Gekko - I have no interest in arguing (although it doesn’t always seem that way).
But how have you come to that figure of 18pps, and what qualifies you to be so committed to that figure? You may know something we/I don’t.
Gekko - ironic that you would be worried if you had more shares? I’m not that concerned cos what is the big deal when the price has already got a failure case built in. If you save up for a while you might be able to get a few extra - but please try not to worry.
You said a few days back it is not all about money, but you seem pretty desperate. Like an angry monkey beating it’s hairy knuckles on the keyboard. Proper tool.
Crude - from my experience of you here, and we met briefly at the BB event, you are a very nice guy and certainly don’t ever appear to want to be in any way controversial. Therefore you’d probably be better off keeping your info to yourself.
There were several on here desperately awaiting your comments, and now feedback from a casual meeting has led to some mild hysteria from the usual suspects.
Very well intentioned, and many of us I’m sure appreciate it - but not worth trying to help unfortunately.
The $84m is based on 29mmscf/d but they have agreed to provide 48mmscf/d (with the potential to renegotiate to 60mmscf/d at final agreement).
So that $84m turns into $140m per year (based on 48mmscf/d).
And from memory I think three expect the Horst to deliver beyond 10 years.
