I work in construction and we are just starting to see signs of it picking up ever so slightly, hopefully rates continue dropping and it kicks off again by next year

The sp won’t do well next results either because I doubt it’ll be any good if not negative

Steve, I’d say it’s working then because I was pleasantly surprised when I started on persimmon.. sites ran really well.. not like what I heard in the news years ago

don’t know if there is anything wrong with them but their sites have gone to **** last few years, unorganised and a mess… or atleast the ones i’ve been on, i’m also on a persimmon site that’s ran really well but they do have abit of a bad name for new builds in the media

I work in the industry and haven’t heard this rumour , however couple of years ago the bloke that ran persimmon bought avant homes (something along them lines) basically swapped owners… this was a couple years ago now though
