Thanks for the reply, always think the time I sell it will fly up so always end up holding but hasn’t served me well

My avg is 248p, best to sell day before ex div if above that price and hope for a lower buy in price or just hold and collect my div. - never made any profit on these since buying but have a large holding

All the main builders, I work in the north east and Yorkshire area… currently on Taylor wimpey and persimmon/charles church this week

I’m expecting (and hoping) next year to be a good busy year

Site I’m on have sold 6 over their target for Xmas (north east)

@maninpink - sites I’m on At the moment are quite busy but then again it’s multiple sites for multiple builders so hard to say for just one site (northeast & Yorkshire)

I ended up selling at a slight loss and jumping into persimmon which has done quite well for me so far, I missed out selling at 60p+ this rose to couple year ago sadly

A lot of my stocks have a habit of going up and dropping back to what I originally bought at wiping out my profit, aslong as it rises by next August I’ll be happy as that’s when I’m selling

I agree, need to move the cash into my isa first so fingers crossed it stays this level next few days

Should we expect a drop come budget day, I have some cash but unsure to top up now or wait in hopes of a drop around the budget

@stevbt - we are getting busy on sites now, noticeable difference from the start of the year.. wimpey site today getting loads ready for run up to Christmas, same on persimmon

Hopefully there’s interest for a bid, just hope I don’t pull the trigger to soon selling if it rises… I have a feeling there won’t be any bids but that’s based on no facts just a feeling ha! Hope you’re right
