Why would lenders want equity when they can just carry on as they are by lending at a premium.

The Tribunal has ruled that Tullow should pay c.$76 million within the next 14 days. This amount also includes interest and costs. The Award is final and binding. Tullow will pay the Award from its current cash balances.

It was $500m plus FID $75m and within a day of TLW receiving the $75m they lost a court case for a similar amount.

Many on this forum fell for the gas blag.

TOTAL paid $575M for TLWs share of Uganda. They didn't want TLW as a T/O.

TLW should look at selling out of Ugandan contingency payments for a lump sum!

To have this as a strong sell shows that you do not understand the current situation.
