Xx,
I have always traded TLW - who would want to hold (long term) a company that has been in decline for over a decade.
As my posting history from early 2021 shows - I did very well out of TLW. Since this time there have been periods where it has been great for trading. This was most obvious after the failed merger in June 2022, when it was clear that there was a strong downward trend, and summer 2023 was easy money. Unless someone bought at 37p.
Along with bad management, declining production and asset sales it has made the current situation quite predictable.
I do not recall anyone else stating that the company will be restructured but at the expense of the SP.
However, I do remember some 'experts' talking of shorters burning and contingent payments from Uganda totalling $150Mpa.
Clearly they were wrong.
