From a tactical point, could it be worth buying the same number of shares as a holder is entitled to now and then letting the underwriters buy the shares left over from the RI?

I called one scenario.

The refinancing would go ahead at the expense if SP growth and even with war in the ME and oil at $100 plus - TLW would just be a debt paying Zombie.
