The lenders dictated TLWs hedging strategy - that's real issue here. Name another oiler that needs a 50% rise to match the 52 week high. When oil is up 60% in this time.

You will see from my early 2021, posting history that I did quite well out of TLW.

I also called sell at 39p before the SP tanked, just after one 'expert' loaded up at 37p.

TLW needs a 50% rise from here to get back to the 52 week high - why is this ?

Being hated by a bunch of losers for being realistic and following the facts is a pleasure.

As for recovering to those levels, you will get a good idea in the April update regarding production and hedge ceilings - clearly the market is cautious regarding how much TLW are making in this high oil price environment.

Who are 'they' ?

We have been in property for many years and have done OK, private carparks are another nice little earner.

We started off with mortgages but no longer use them - not worth the cost or hassle.

I might be a amateur who retired young and who owns a growing BTL property portfolio in the UK. The Serco deal is a no brainer.

It depends on oil production and how much is being sold at spot pricing.

Please don't be fooled by the gas blag like many on here were.

Why is TLWs comms so poor - it has to be intentional.

TLWs hedging in recent years has been disastrous.

War in the ME will take oil above $100 - but TLW just don't produce enough oil.
