The ramping fools on here are very entertaining, they are so mixed up that they constantly deny reality:)

The RI will be at a ratio, for example for every 100 shares owned, the hold is eligible to but 20 new shares. So buying more now means that you will need to lay out more money when the RI is confirmed than if you don't top up.

My sell just went through as a buy.

A better course of action may have been to RNS that they were attempting to get the accounts unblocked. Then once this was confirmed they could propose the RI.

The AGM is set for 24th March ?

There is no dilution in percentage terms. but how will impact average cost per share.

If a holder takes up the RI, they can still own the same percentage but without knowing what the sp will be when announced they could get hit very hard.

A huge sp drop, and a possible RI are good reasons to suspend.

This could be taken down much lower before an RI can be confirmed. Again , bad management ....

The share should be suspended, how low can it go leading up to the AGM....

If the science was solid - it would have been bought out by now.

An RI is only good for the shareholders if the company and its products have genuine potential. The board would need to reveal more info about partners etc. Just keeping pumping money into hope never ends well.

Rights Issue.......

This is no more than a careful hold for me. The poor msnsgement that has lead to this situation is very concerning.

Over the past 4 years there have been many times when this could have been taken out very cheap, but it wasn't.

In recent times, we have had director buys, and SDA adding and he has to know more than most. So could it be that if Kenya gets the go ahead, then the potential partner take tlw as a whole.

The best hope the longs have is a spike in the OP, because tlw are continuously lack lustre in the updates.

SB was obviously very bullish here at that time. From memory he reduced his holding beneath the reporting threshold.

We are at prices where we will probably triple in a year Christmas come early if you have spare cash.
