Does the oil price rise with the effects of inflation. At times yes but over the long period it doesn't.

Scar, The company was restructured to look after the lenders , hence the hedging. Other than Kenya possibilities, why would anyone buy this out. It wasn't a target when it was sub 10p and they couldn't even sell Kenya when they tried.

The tax dispute has gone to arbitration - so it hangs in the balance. TLW haven't got a great record when it comes to legal battles.

TLW arrange a $400m loan facility - just when a $387m tax dispute is hanging in the balance.
