The more astute posters on here have stated numerous times that the Kenyans wanted to oust TLW, and that's what's happened.

There is a small freedloat here, local tax and look at guidance for the next few years - it might not be that popular.

So really it's a dreadful deal for TLW considering how much they have already spent on this project.

TLW should have been getting a small percentage of production from first oil. But what do the directors care.....

At what point can TLW exercise the back in rights - once production begins or after Gulf Energies has recouped their development costs ?

It will be interesting to see if the SP rises without justification before good news is released. It has been a bit leaky in the past.

Worst case is the company survives and the SP goes sub 5p.

Yes, they have left it late to finalise the asset sale.

It is squeaky because of the timings - debt due date and assets sales coinciding.

We are getting to the all or nothing stage. It could be that RG is just a risk taker (with TLW) rather than shrewd.

Production guidance hasn't changed and PMs are due a pullback.

After this update I had to sell some on the bell.

Is RG buying more shares with the profit he made on the bonds?

Azvalor haven't bought recently but they could be involved in the refinancing..........

Including his averaging down what would RG's average be around ?
