If I've read this correctly only 83.75m out of 441.25m (not including CLN'S) are tradable. Of which some of that 83.75m are held by the LVRT BOD. Just under 19% free float - absolute maximum as BOD are unlikely to sell for obvious reasons. Nice pipeline, Existing licensing revenues allow self funding of discovery & development. Any holding sub 4p should be laughing IMO. Plenty of cash for licensing growth with mid term opps. £££

Wress any predictions on what the MCAP will be post RTO? The bangle has done a lot of us over we deserve a consolation prize. Any truth around the patent valuations of £75m each? LVRT are up to 5 now in multiple territories.

As always thanks for the tweet, already had a few but when I saw you invested a chucked a few extra pennies in. I'll buy you a pint if there's ever another 88e investors meeting, going to the book the next one off work. It's more or less impossible to predict, my flatmates a method development scientist and works with people that know alot about patents in this area and see if I can dig deeper. Is there any possibility with it being a shell of Corvus and a Main listed share with links to ctag that they may RTO CTAG to get it main listed rather than AIM? Which would make the eventual buyout/takeover for someone like Microsoft much easier from a legislation point of view? That's just a query, what are peoples thoughts?

really poorly written RNS if you ask me. it could mean a further 13.6% or could mean a reduction from 28.4m shares to 27m ish shares.

Could someone explain the RNS, why would they sell off?

This is far too cheap at the moment. I love how the RNS is worded. Redhall will make a further announcement, as appropriate, in due course.
