Metro could do with a couple of tiddlers for the old money.Esher has an old Barclays left. Natwest, HSBC, Santander, Lloyds all shut. its a high street surrounded by serious old money .

Bookbuilding for the ii being complete in minutes for a fiver a share and all the bad news and grief having been out there at that point ( mini bank run, us law firms threatening to sue, accoubting error and investigation , vernon position , and the difficulties with brexit mortgages ). quite difficult to see how theyve gone close to 4.50. it would suggest woeful results?

if they get some genuine action re this then it might defend the share price against disappointing figures. my only prediciton is fairly obvious. Volatilty ( day trading opportunites abound)

I think there is a consensus of the fact that the company will survive and improve from here, just some different opinions in share price in short term.

Completely agree, plenty of people out there will be offloading their £1 shares.
