The early April Aim 26 disclosure probably still stands. Any change in the above 3% requires disclosure.
My point from a while back is that an II with less than c 6 million shares can sell and there will be no indication as to who.
The Aim 26 disclosure is of limited assistance - but those above 3% have to disclosure changes in holdings.
Not easy to manage such a volume without disruption.

Hope this is the last tranche. This has been going on for a while. I don't understand why there have been sellers or a seller under 3% - so no disclosure -- unless there was a need to sell.
I think the CFO notification may have spooked the market. Maybe there has been an accounting error but given the March update - an increased order book - and all looking good - houses are being built , utilities need to be connected - gas,water and electricity and charging point for electric cars need to be established. Given the deal to fit 90k meters why the drop.
Should there be a financial impact of any significance it HAS to be disclosed - no RNS.
So WTF. Not long to find out.

CFO stepping down was not a surprise. Previous postings suggests she was a lightweight.
If in doubt when investing - trying to guess the bottom - then 50/50 is a good option. Buy half now and consider the other.

If the buyback benefits theshareholder - good
BUT IF the buyback enables the undeserving to benefit from the buyback - ie AHO and his cronies - then that that appears to wrong - unless there are real achievements!!
