I originally bought in because my VCT was invested.
Did nothing in terms of profit for years - then there was uplift.
My VCT sold a load of shares in 2018. But not c 6 mil.
S one sold a lot for whatever reason - and the ? continues. If profit before dep, int etc is unchanged then there can be no hit to net = so why.
Im invested elsewhere where estimated profit is down to £80m - SP more than halved.
MMs just like guardianistas - What is the future. Should any PI invest anywhere.

Yes there was II selling - but seemingly none required disclosure - not above 3%
May have been 2 IIs When I get my latest VCT report I may understand if the rules have changed.

An emerging coy will inevitability have a forward looking PE because of the potential. This may be generous but not to this extent. can't see why u would think that the SP was overstated at 70p.
The goodwill on the BS last year - as per the notes - indicated that the value was subject to indep review. - any change would be reflected - but there was no material adjustment in the half year A/Cs.
Need to look at major maybe coys - not making any profit and SP up in the sky.

Not cash related suggests perhaps segmental analysis, perhaps cash flow presentation - remember the electrical side was acquired late in the 2018 year - and perhaps the prior year comparatives need to be restated. just my guess.
The CFO replacement RNS likely to be because the auditors have identified areas of weakness around CFO role.
Don't understand the sells unless, of course, stop losses were triggered.

This is becoming a bit too snowflake like in that anything that does not fit is a cause for complaint.
