The thing many resource investors get wrong is thinking the resource is more important than the people. A billion dollar resource can be worth nothing. The resource will always be valued at the competency of management.

I must say the presentation of the results is much much better & it lays out an excellent case for investing if your long term.

Quite. A co is valued as to how it generates returns to it shareholders. It hasn't. Will it? Well if it had a brand / reputation i.e USP, to get lucrative business. But it has a habit of getting non lucrative business as its focused in areas no sane fooker would look at.

So what are you buying? Yep, your footing the bill for mad strategies - and guess what - in the remote chance one works - it will all be eaten up by the BOD or spent on another hair brain region 5 yr deal - that's confidential so we can't disclose etc etc.

Unless you trust the BOD and they have aligned interests with yours, walk away - it has broken many decent folks already.

From the wording of the RNS, it should be in place . In the March RNS they said they were in the process of formalising THE partnership.

If it was just a possibility they would have said potential partnership. Formalising means make official. You can't formalise a possibility.

I know this may sound pedantic, but reading official releases [RNS] properly can make you money [or minimise your loss] and good companies take care with how they are written. One word can make a difference.

So on the strict reading of the RNS, no further announcement is necessary & as we know, this BOD only says something when there is something to say unlike many others.

Bios are notoriously hard to value as many are at a stage where there are too many risk variables extending over years. I get the AIM squad are very momentum based when the bulletin boards picks up on a darling - that usually back fires , trapping folks and making them obsessively averaging down convincing themselves its still the 100 bagger but it is so disappointing that no one in the industry covers us - IC, Mottly etc. Its their job to find outstanding investments - clearly they are lazy - this is one recommendation that's justifiable & illustratable - hope springs eternal.

Options are to reward success i.e elevate the sp. By issuing them at the prevailing sp at the time of grant, unless they 100% knew at the time deals were imminent [clearly not the case here] its doing exactly what they are intended to do.

They should have waited post recent purchase as for some bizarre reason, the price went down!! .But I'm all for it, if the market can't value the co properly, its not their fault and its just the right size. Aligned interests are the best [and quite rare nowadays]

Well Saul, no one is apparently interested apart from Rothschild as I don't think peeps realise the enormity of IGLI and the ridiculously low price we got due to our man in Morocco's stature.

That's what exploration is about - big asset, low cost. The directors purchase of 20% [at the time] of the co at 3.75p when we were appraising IGLI was another huge hint.

Add in trading income [no other junior explorer has this] , Traynors great track record and Rothschild's strategic investment when IGLI is sitting next door to the worlds largest silver mine, I cannot work out how we are still at £1m mcap.- welll I can, no one has researched it. Biggest value disconnect on the market - and the scourge of juniors - funding - not an issue. Rothchild has done your due diligence for you!

There hasn’t been a large seller for months. It’s just so illiquid, a £20k sell spreads doom - it’s just normal trading but as only 60m shares, the price is 10% variance. Works in our favour when the monster lands
