Not really, its defo has the US brash trading tinge to it - its in play so they use the banks money to fook it up - makes it a bit harder for us retail with our money in !!

Half yr profit £400k, lets say annual £1m [esp with Abiss acquisition rev noted in RNS]

I am not saying apply 64 p/e but I am saying our current mcap more than supports our current pathetic EV of £3.5m on profitabilty alone. It is for all here & on the sidelines to assess what p/e should be ascribed.

Profitable and growing with mega cheap quality acquisitions. Cashed up with all the placing monies in tact.

So drastic action has been taken and the co has never looked better. About time to value it on earnings multiples?

The good side is that now the co has third party successful testing data [extremely thorough to industry standards] for free.

The supply chain crisis that AurTex remedies hasn't gone away - nor I believe has the MTA partner. All negotiating imo. May take a bit longer but it may be alot more lucrative. Can't prove it of course, but its a classic US tactic.

That's what I thought it alluded to but for the life of me, I can't understand the reason - "better guidance" should not depend upon having the same y/e as a customer. Maybe something will occur to me!

So that's all the sellers who sold thinking its a VWAP death spiral have been bought by those who know its a corporate finance fixed price CL for a cheap asset by a strategic investor - Rothschilds.

I fear we will see a few exit on the delay on AurTex - you know what markets are like - determined by the febrile.

Quite - sell at 12.12p and 100k buys later, 13.37p to buy.

That’s why most here don’t bother trading if you like the near term prospects- it’s really not worth it .

How we are just 12% above the massive discount priced placing in Dec with

1] More cash - making up over 50% of the mcap

2] Profitable acquisition for £60k

3] MTA extended - means they must be interested -[ and we know why - it resolves a critical global supply chain weakness]

4] 2 profitable divisions.

5] No pesky FDA hurdles.

6] News imminent; not years away

and of course, no debt, no warrants and 60m gross float - public float alot less.

It just hasn't captured the imagination of the market at all - still in a parallel universe!!

Overheads too high.

Business model poor - stock and debtors £21m so you need loans of £8m and you still have no cash.

Address these 2 points and it may be good but until cash/flow and current asset conversion is sorted, not.

MUST HAVE BETTER PAYMENT TERMS IN CONTRACTS and cut overhead.
