Yes. There are two types of CL. The VWAP priced bucket shop issues that keep a company's lights on / working capital and corporate finance FIXED PRICE CLs that are issued to acquire assets that add value.
We have the latter with a big majority taken by Rothschild. Yes, one small participant flogged his bit for a £5k profit at 1.3 which is disappointing for us and I'm sure DT - he won't be invited back to his network!
DT - well respected businessman who founded Sigmaroc - currently £700m mcap, Rothschild - credentials known.
Does anyone really think they are here to flood the market with forward conversions in the most illiquid stock on the main market to make whopping losses or maybe they are attracted by Igli, next door to the worlds largest silver mine and our Moroccan directors ability to find other cheap high value assets, details of further ones we hopefully get soon or him being the key man in the trading partnership with a global player?
In short, they want to own and grow the company - bit difficult / silly if you unload "tons" of CLs with the WAP of 1.2.
