So, you have to assess what is likely and buy/sell accordingly - but major corporate deals are never made public until there is a watertight / signed deal by which time its going to be marked up massively with little size available. At the end of the day, its not priced in - and what we do know is not priced in!

Our margins are double, they made half year operating loss of £2m and loss of £3.7m, they have debt of £8m, raised £3m in July and cash £2.1m at end of July.

Depends on the size of the transaction. You wouldn’t sniff at a 3% commission on a £10m property for doing bugger all . We will have to wait but as I have faith in the BOD, I assume they are expanding this division in the interests of the company- and shareholders at the same time as updating Igli and Ifri not forgetting our Q 1 acquisition update
