The 2024 CLs were always going to be converted [ only had a year timeline] - now they are in the hands of company chosen folks - sticky - like the last one on Dec 20th - no vol spike or price drop then and after = those were also sticky. Saves interest, prevents forward selling and warrants gone. Wise move.

These qualities give massive confidence and one may ask, why have they come in and rebranded poor old CMRS in late 2023? Why was there a directors buy of 10m at 3.75 in Jan 24, just when Igli started to be appraised?

Sitting at £1.55m mcap, last week a strategic investor putting up £2.5m for a 29% stake at a premium -with trading and acquisition updates due before the month end infers there is considerable value to be had.

What's your view on the reduced share issue to not trigger the takeover code both in value terms and issue price?

I lost a significant sum in an Australian gold prospect a couple of years back. Through excellent restructuring, that company was resurrected by a financier and placed on a sound footing such that I have now recovered a considerable part of my loss.

I've only just discovered that this same financier is part of the team now involved in financing CMRS, so it bolsters my belief for investing here on account of the calibre of management and associates.

As DT uses his network, no fees as well - not insignificant given the mcap. £2.5m raise could easily face £300k fees and freebies in this market. Quality of the BOD and local human resources may have been overlooked imo

Ah, a fellow WSG casualty 😂😂. Lost a bit there but taught me a lot and made me much more hard working evaluation wise. We should do exceptionally well here subject to macro caveats- as for all shares.

And this means the strategic investor has put a value (where he thinks he can make a lot of money) of over £8m after extensive due diligence.

I think such updates will be forthcoming soon now the finances have been put on a good footing - which is the correct way round imo - otherwise folks will keep saying we need funds etc etc.

Lest we forget, the investor will have done due diligence on all the aspects you mention so I would thing its safe to say everything is progressing nicely - but yes, more info would be welcome.

£2.5m at 1.48 min speaks volumes to me if not to anyone else!
