1. Positive free cashflow for the joint venture and CMR

2. Cash generation to support the boot strapping of a larger operation

3. The pursuit of a parallel strategy - production whilst building a strategic sized resource

There’s a chunk of the shares DT housed from the CL, clearly not sold for peanuts as a few here and on Twitter thought they would be . ( why on earth would they have sold with the £2.5m investment at 1.48? )

If you’ve researched the bod, you would know this would not be the case. They are aiming to build a serious company with a significantly plus higher mcap than where it is & all actions to date point to them achieving this goal. Could have reported sooner though

Lest some fret over around £30k of sells this week, the £2.5m investment raise in March at 1.48 is nearly at a 50% premium atm.- in a market when a premium raise is as rare as hens teeth.

Not sure how the new copper project doesn't impress you though - we have no details yet.

This from a conservative, cautious but high quality BOD - some very strong statements.

Assuring investors means they are assuring buyers!!

Up to around $2b of copper with low cost extraction, that’s why they have worked so hard on this acquisition. Clearly taking a bit longer than they anticipated but deposit paid and hoping for conclusion in the short term . Very happy with this , they can’t say anymore atm for commercial reasons
