We will have to agree to differ. Taking a cut (or mere deference for cash flow imperatives ) means they’ve rolled their sleeves up and said, we’re with you . Decision making time- 5 seconds-doesn’t deflect them from doing the job in hand. You lose 80 pc value on your watch - and where’s the fault in non approval btw- lead for gods sake by example. Has anyone here worked in a crisis, cause this is what it is short term, unless your happy with a real low ball placing. The price can be determined by the bods actions ( or lack of )

Ivy, you miss the point. It’s more symbolic- all for one and one for all re salaries. If they would be distracted by a deferment of their big salaries at the expense of seeing it through , they ain’t entrepreneurs whatsoever but win win bureaucrats- who clearly couldn’t handle Wainwright’s who are them for breakfast. Indeed atm, there’s nothing for them to do until they have the meeting ! So how about shoring up the defences? This is the problem when bods aren’t really shareholders. Get the upside but when downside; I want my full salary. And let’s face it, someone’s dropped the ball big time - and it’s someone on the Bod. Can’t quite understand why your so understanding and sympathetic- I think Fish got £250k wiped out in the blink of an eye- life changing - for the worse. Or put it this way. PIs saw over £50m wiped off their holdings in 5 seconds. Don’t care about iis, it’s not their cash. Putting a drastic cash preservation plan takes no management time - receivers makes these decisions within hours. Cause it’s actually not that difficult.

Cost cutting drastically for a limited time buys time. It also shows a tangible commitment / confidence to the market - which even the biggest fans here admit has been shaken. That’s what Golds job is. So I disagree with you Ivy on this one. The science is there or not; how you manage the company and it’s PR from now to the meeting to the remedies to the cash raise is the only job the BOD has to do. They need flair and confidence - they are the leaders who currently have lost 80pc value. Get a grip and send a message to the market and join shareholders in getting your hands dirty

Quickest and biggest dump order I’ve ever seen ( triggering many stop losses ) combined with the rns saying we need to raise funds in the near future and a lot of unknowns ( uncertainty) and here we are. I asked Walbrook to ask the Bod shortly after the 14th to suggest they tell the market what their short term liquidity plan was and to communicate it to the market which is within their power and which would give a little impetus ( if it was good I.e overhead ) I hope it’s coming shortly - responding to this type of stuff is important and not overly taxing . In essence I told them you have to go into finance lock down mode for 3 months) , show ££ commitment ( salary sacrifice) and you can double the SP and hence strengthen the cos position for cash raise. Time for BODs to listen to PIs

Yep. The co is worth a min of £15m - going private doesn’t change that and the little buggers know that. And I’m sure Mr 29.9 pc also knows. And looking at the assets, worth looks well north of £15m.
