As I said before, its mcap is not justifiable on its trading figures but it is on an asset sale [plus]

Get that auto deal to show they are multi-faceted and they the sp will rapidly rise.

I'm sure the bod know the only way for them and CPX to substantially increase mcap and hence the sp is to exploit their strengths - product development, R & D etc. and acknowldege others are better at selling.

Get one auto deal over the line as an mcap kicker and then sell the company..

That would be my advice.- Im sure its crossed their minds and the substantial shareholders - all want an exit and not a 20 year business with a slow moving mcap.

I'm sure they will have alot worse companies were they have losses should they wish to do this tax exercise, but nothing would suprise me when it comes to ii mindset.

Anything’s possible but if that reasoning is correct, they’d have mega dumped aka MTFB for much bigger loses and trash it so much it would take over 30 days to recover. That’s assuming they have the brains to make any money to use the losses.
