That’s why I asked yesterday, who judges P3 to be successful? If it’s the FDA, and bearing in mind we had two successful P3s, the system is flawed. The results aren’t exactly rushed out. I ipriclam had 11 cases and Van 6 I believe. So 2 and 1 pc respectively . I assume the threshold is 1pc statistically? Given all 600 patients will be in various states of repair as it were, (and assume all quite ill) it’s a very tight margin . But I’m just a perplexed amateur who will also avoid small drug cos in the future - too complex to assess risk with MTFB being the best example.

Thats roughly 20m distressed - alot to digest.

Cliff - you almost certainly have 15m AMP shares hitting a falling market - this will exaggerate the price until gone - which I think either has happened or will be shortly.

AMP lenders are getting out totally and this is the last dregs - that's making it look worse.

Getting into bed with a JV partner would transform the sp - whether you think it will happen is another matter but there are ample reasons for a newcomer to want in now

Reason it would be good is no way would he accept the current price. Go back to the delisting threat before our white knight. Threats of it being illiquid and poor pricing once private. As it would be private, he could buy as many shares as he wanted to as no takeover rules. Buy up all the scared PIs at 1.5p and hey presto, got the co for nothing. Have you noticed since he was thwarted, nothing but good news RNSs. Poor behaviour but a sure sign he ain’t selling at this level.

More trials equals risk. There is a risk that Iclipram doesn't ever get approved - such risks will be reflected in any raise.

And with the BOD being suprised [and 3 liver experts unable to convince the FDA] have they got a grip on everything? Another risk for would be funders.

So you have the 2 worst aspects of investing coming together - elevated risk plus fund raise - oh and uncertainty.

Unfortunately, the worst option has occured and it the sp will be determined by detials of the next trials and the view of the peeps who will fund it - they raised at 6p last time when there was more hope.

I'd wait till the conference call if your an investor and be prepared to hold for a year or so.

Traders, might make a bit here and there but unless the market thinks they can raise at a higher price than before, its baggatelle money.

Until the conference call it’s pointless speculating. It’s mcap price is close to failure anyway so keep calm. A few getting carried away as usual.
