Motives of iis were discusseth by your good self .
Now the 11p boys at 125% profit in quick time I think is a fair retort for them. And who knows, they may be buying back.
Invesco; well Woodys poor children who just blindly followed their leader. Now why did they both invest at prices all the way up to a HVO mcap of £280m at its peak. Of course it was Flu-v in the main. They saw it as a blockbuster and between them owned a huge chunk.
Now Woody may have been reckless in his investing style but he was very astute in the stocks he picked. SNG, DDDD etc (plus ORPH) have done very very well since his departure.
So why are Invesco reducing? Because they are thick. The very reason they bought- a monetisation of Imutex, is far closer than it has ever been but after all the pain, they exit.
Why peeps take any notice of what iis do is beyond me. My brain is equal if not better to theirs. Yes, short term it has a dampening effect just because they have more shares than the average PI. But it’s not theirs which probably means they are not a good indicator to follow as I have just illustrated.
I will never defer my analytical skills to some jumped up young snotty zit ridden overpaid for his skills ( stupidity) Johnny graduate ( who I’m sure is very nice) who has the imagination and insight of a peanut .
So there’s the question, why did Invesco buy into dud Trevor and his dazzling personality and business skills.
