It was NT to buy at 24p for the last 30 mins yesterday and 250k was 24.4975.
So the UT at 24p for 150k points to any seller's bottom price - and they are in no rush as per low volume.
Of course, traders may move the price below this - the over hang fear factor, but I'm sure 24p is their base - anything on top, all the better for them.

Depends on the terms of the contract and how you treat work in progress re Rev recognition- check accounting policies if your interested- personally lot as prefer cashflow

Tender contracts must have a term. When both parties don’t want to be bound by tight timelines , you put a standard 4 year clause in to be safe.
