If you read about the CLs last year, you would have known 22p was not sustainable and sold and bought back at this level.

Clearly their risk algorithm stopped working on some shares and only found out at period review.
They should go into the market and buy to honour their contracts. Pee poor expecting clients to pay for their mistake. But, still have the tax advantages
