One share per share means % wise. So if you own 1% of Orph - you will get 1% of Orph's part of the ipo.

We will get x% of the funded entity - the number of shares depends on the structure of the ipo. and the % on the value attached to the asset.

The pipeline will match any sensible multiple applied ex spins - think out of the box on this one.

Maybe its the start of a formal process that takes time - to run in parallel so to speak - if it is material, they must RNS it [and mention it in the placing doc given the insiders - otherwise they are in trouble.

Certainly been enough vol to remove Potts since he crossed the TR threshold.

Yea, way of the world. You can’t know there will be a seller that drops it 30% odd but not uncommon nowadays. It’s fickle ( both ways) and mms make it volatile.
Personally I use the reference point - the placing and sniff above and snort if lower. That said, got my bitty spanked with a couple with that strategy - hence 80% .

But it’s all short term. I and you are here to see what the experienced boys have in plan. It’s a punt on CF- one thing; he’s someone who delivers and is part of shareholders aims - many shaft so I’m very relaxed.

Anyway, fine by me - I always phase in in 5 tranches. If the price goes up great I'm in and up, price goes down great - add a bigger tranche and so on - I win 80% of the time with this strategy when shares are quiet or sentiment gone for a while.

Lord Hill Hunt has made it more attractive for me.
