Tend to agree - Leap should multibag the sp on the RNS - as we don't know when it will be, I have added 100k SB at 8.62.
I also added as they will take 1m a 8.26 but 10.7 to buy 501K
So the book is stronger than you think.

To see it visually, just look at the 3 month graph here ( above) . Vol on the up much greater than on the down. A basic but effect indication of real stickiness.
And it drops rapidly before 9 am this week and is held with this historic low vol.

He has no logic unless he thinks the co will be spun out for less than it is sitting on our books now - Nil - which is very silly given the whole purpose is to enhance shareholder value.
But then he says he is voting for the motion so you'll probably find it is him and some cronies pushing the share down over the last few days - about 550k nicely timed sells initiated the drop for which a few get spooked on very low volume versus the rise i.e v few are selling. He prbably read this bb and found some were struggling to understand spin offs!

Spin aim is to ADD value not transfer it - that's what a few can't quite grasp.
How much addition is up to the skills of the team.
DIM aim is to start a NEW revenue stream with high GP for a full multiple valuation - getting to CF's target.

This price action is brilliant. 3% move in the last hour or two .
Looking at the price movement during the day / weekend means it’s probably had the highest volume on record. And what do we want? Transactions and volume and volatility . We are in effect a service provider- not position taker where the risk is . And the more vol/ trades, the more services provided. Lovely model.
That’s why in pharma I invest in CRS not potential drugs .

Exactly. The more volatile the better. I wouldn't want to hold any position in BTC but I'd love to ride it both ways for less gain but low risk.
Let's face it, BTC is inherently volatile so as you say, that's why Mode is a cracking play. Take advantage of the shareholders who don't quite grasp the model

The World Health Organization has warned none of the antibiotics currently being developed against antimicrobial resistance are enough to tackle drug-resistant bacteria that are expected to kill millions by 2050.

In a report published on Thursday, the WHO said that none of the 43 such drugs in the pipeline addressed the 13 most dangerous superbugs it had identified.

Antimicrobial resistance (AMR) has been described by experts as a silent pandemic. Research suggests the spread of bugs that tolerate drugs kills about 700,000 people a year, a figure that could rise to 10m by 2050 — the same number of lives claimed by cancer each year.

Looks like the placees want to sell by the end of the week - hence the last days.
Wednesday shifted 4m so think we are seeing the dregs before 1600 hours.
Could be wrong but makes sense to me.
