He is an extremely and very sharp but honest operator - rare as hens teeth nowadays - suggest u check out the Orph bb to see.
He will absolutely hate being associated with a failure and would not invest if this was kikely. Tarnished reputation. Plus Orph have 4 spin offs to come - it’s possible one could involve SPC. Getting in a tad above placing prices makes this an attractive risk reward play for me. I’m nearly full but will buy the last tranche upto 0.3 if sentiment changes.

Numbers of shares are irrelevant. Taking CF as an example shareholder, he owns (approx) 6% of ORPH so will own 6%x49% of the spin out company, c2.9%.

you will get 1% of Orph's part of the ipo.
