Not really, vol was 800k for the 10% drop.
So I disagree that funding will necessarily be dilutive.
Your faith in management determines what you do next 😎
Well analysed comments. For me I think the BOD know how to use the Nationwide contract to ensure financing is shareholder driven ( esp given Homeserve and other sig holders) . If they get it right, it could double the price as the brakes are off . It’s now a rare AIM opportunity that there may be a beauty parade for financing. I know peeps will doubt as AIM has been bogged down by the fear of placings - but don’t forget, there is a lot of money waiting for the right company. Their product and business model is unique and execution so far has been exemplary- it’s massively different to last year. Be prepared to be pleasantly suprised . Geometric gents
Given the calibre of clients and the business model, there is no reason why they cannot raise commercial debt.
Indeed, this is one company CLNs would work with the benefit of all assuming the newsflow continues as I'm sure it will, if commercial debt is not poss. Or there's a mixture of the two as what we want is akin to debt factoring - w/c not investment
"like someone said here the other day share price would have been in the 6-8 p range if they hadn’t been selling"
Very true, but now with a commercial agreement with GE and a couple of $100m lunch vouchers, it doesn't matter what he does and his pratting about is a once in a lifetime gift to anyone ignoring irrelevant sideshow antics - and don't forget his end game is to get double rich [and soon] which means he has to drag us buggers with him!!!
And looking at the trades, most of us are ignoring it.
Even with the marketing model, you still need to kick it off and create some brand presence - this is a low cost way of reaching the whole target audience. Once signed - sales are on auto-pilot
let’s face it. current market is ****e. fear fooks everything up. will change 🤞
Little fomo buy to kick things off!!
Ok for now, but every explorer will need more cash - you know the answer anyway and trying to spook. The race is on between a good uplift, jv with major/ minor or fooked.
Absolutely in this market - its dire. ATM gives my margin a boost lol
Dull indeed but one more contract and it could really fly - investing on most shares atm is hard work so keep your low risk non binary ones - here!
Moving from 23 to 3 means in 2 weeks show the sp is currently detached from valuation reality esp with the new contract. No one understands exactly what is happening sp wise. So the best thing to do is wait until the spinning stops. Imo . I’m holding till next year - see you all then 🤣😂
"Working capital has improved from 2022 with debtor balances at £4.8m (2022: £3.7m) vs creditors of £1.9m (£2.1m)"
Debtors more than half year rev - too large and vulnerable - must be overseas.
100k cash - no smiley.
Just couldn't resist looking the figures over!!
