Ben Richardson, CEO at SulNOx, confident they can cost-effectively decarbonise commercial shipping. Watch the video here.
A few are thinking it’s too good to be true as few have assessed what the analysed value of SMD is. Breakthrough tech verified by outstanding results ( in the filings) worldwide IPR, basically due diligence by US Federal gov via $125m plus grants. Wound market - burn and diabetes- $15b. CONSISTENT gross profit 45% . How much of the market will they swallow up and then ask is the current mcap of cheap? There is your answer. Jimzi’s how to value a company in 30 seconds ✅
Postman Pats coming 🍾
In this climate of very poor cap raising, having the majority shareholder underwriting if there is a shortfall [as yes, receipts appear to be lumpy] is what most AIMers would love.
And the figures are so small - not sure what your worried about.
The ability to control expend and attract non equity funding in the manner they have is outstanding - now the final bit has been addressed the risk has been slashed.

Just had a good chat with them. That announcement yesterday was clearance of the last possible stumbling block in completing the Nasdaq listing. Just the votes now for both companies which are all supportive of the move.
Yes, a year since we were told need funding - clearly we didn't. Used to suppress sp?
V poor treatment of holders. I sold out some time ago to put into SMD - co with a timetable and sticking to it.
Maybe back after funding question resolved
Two of many salient points
a] BW - addressable market $3.7B and DFU $11B - with SMD vast diagnostic superiority - fair chunk of that methinks and making it even better b] Gross profit for last three years between 40-46%
Arrival was one of a slew of electric vehicle companies which capitalised on a wave of investor demand during the last technology boom to raise money at multibillion dollar valuations.
The London-based business went public in March 2021 through a combination with CIIG Merger Corp, a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) set up by Peter Cuneo, the former Marvel chief executive.
On the day its shares began trading, it was valued at about $5.4bn (£4.2bn).

Not going well for them though - they don't have global IPR; who does I wonder
Silver's sales not hit market data above - seems arranged disposal to another entity.
Clearly not - pushed too far. Unwise probably but got my eye on this
You should trust me not those idiots on VOX who can't work out how to buy the bloody shares!
Seriously, if anyone has any questions - its all covered here in the Nasdaq filing

When all of you bought SMD, you would have filed out a W8-BEN that allows trading in US securities - if you don't fill one in, you cannot buy SMD [as it is a Delaware Corp]
You may have forgotten doing it but you did - I did one for HL a few months ago.
Ergo, there is zero problem .

And, in terms of ISA holdings, NASDAQ is a major exchange and any share held on a 'major exchange' can be held in an ISA so they will still be tax protected. Any broker that removes them from the ISA wrapper is sub-standard and should be dropped asap!

Thanks for the shout out, gents.
In terms of what happens on Sep 8th on move to NASDAQ - simply put, any AIM #SMD holdings get converted to NASDAQ $MDAI (new ticker) holdings.
Thus, holders will hold the NASDAQ stock in US$ in their portfolios instead of SMD.
