Ben Richardson, CEO at SulNOx, confident they can cost-effectively decarbonise commercial shipping. Watch the video here.
Yes, I think everyone did not realise how long and protracted the road to commerciality would be [not helped by FDA rebuff]
The product is not well suited to be developed by a small listed co with limited pockets in this market. It should have been [and may still well be] done in house of a multinational under a seperate cost centre. If this had been the case it may have been available already given the financial power and industry influence of a major.
Managment have a big stress on their hands which detracts / splits their time from getting on with the launch - and many of its holders can't / won't wait so long. Existing support is very lacklustre imo - they could turbo charge the company of they wanted to but they are dancing on the edges.
Sad but it needs to be absorbed asap to actually meet the medical needs it fulfills.
All the water authorities will follow - they have to and can't be seen not to be doing something when the solution is now here. That's also why ONDO is good - virtually no marketing costs once you have the initial brand/ product awareness - which we have no. Great for bottom line etc
As clearly we have here ( and why sustainable rises always crash and why our holder vase is so low) the company says we need more funds, the hero will step in with a CL issue for say £1m at 1.5 . Excercise when convenient and there’s the necessary votes to go private
( alter the scenario but it’s the mechanism)
Looks like AIM cos have more lizard protection 😞 the co will defo succeed ; will the soldiers benefit or be canon fodder? What a bloody disgrace
One of many options when more funds are required
"well, the placing showed how diff it is to raise funds, out of the kindness of my heart, I'll issue CLs at 2p - a massive 25% premium to the last raise"
No one will buy this line but I wouldn't be suprised if its tried. That's why he is so opaque about funding and progress -info control = total control
Linandy - yep, that's fraudulent misrepresentation. "support" followed by related party sales above placing price when no material adverse events reported [its arguably in the best position its ever been - GE commercial agreement?] = ?
Be interesting to see what FAB actually held yesterday - I'm sure they are not refilling their position to make TR all nice!!
Unbearable stench of the captain and the broken cricket bats. [if your old enough lol]
So after 16 months when funding issue was raised officially, all TB could arrange with his support and means is £300k for 1.5p when the year opened at 5p?
And now the question, how long will that last as we have no idea of forward co expend.
I hope someone can be bothered to report the misleading RNSs to the FCA just for satisfaction
V simple. Sept 2022 RNS stated may need funds. Since then, no comment save “support” from TB. 18 months of a cloud suits the knowledgable not PIs. Do we need funds or not? Are you going screw holders with 2.3 cl ( having stated it was undervalued at 4p ). That’s why peeps are reducing, run like a private company but wants benefits of a main listing.
Virtually all taken by Walt’s and underwriters- no disclosed split. Fooking disgrace. But there u go. Aid as bad as here and everywhere- no suprise. 45m options 😂😂
Spunken. Correct. It all depends what they present to the finders, how they present and the skill of their corporate advisors. The model is there but it’s binary as to what is achieved. It could be 2p to 20p to commercialisation and no one has a clue .
To sell 500k. You will never know what he's scheming so best just to switch off until we see how genuine he is over CL price - and few are optimistic! The thing that pees peeps off is this apparent "support" he was to give to the co. If he wants to milk it, fine and as we are main listed, there's no oversight but he's RNS'd support which does not equate to a 50% drop with no adverse news save his own actions. And he could easily have rolled the CLs over - thats support. GLA
