George Frangeskides, Chairman at ALBA, explains why the Pilbara Lithium option ‘was too good to miss’. Watch the video here.
Hi Sage , I hear you. I get that £3-£5 is a ridiculous worst case senario for Avacta as we stand at the moment with no LFT, however, if you care to re-read his post you will see that Rap's worst case senario is based purely on the worst of the three options that he has suggested, in other words it is based on the assumption that we bring a test to market.
No offence intended, you've possibly just read it too quickly.
Have a great Sunday all.

AgentB, I would nearly, almost, just about, declare a mancrush on P.W (as i'm sure you have. Being a lady). I'm quite new to investing (and enjoy your posts on the Avacta board). I am still holding there but have to say that A.S. could do with taking a leaf from P.W's book and engage with his P.I's on a more frequent and personal level. I've just watched the ARB Q&A and have to say that P.W is extremely personable and believeable, which in turn, inspires confidence. Hopefully this works out for us all. BTC, as i write, is at 37.3k so i'm guessing, with the US close of 1.62, that we should settle after the open at a fairly decent price around 115-120p. Let's wait and see.

Hey William
|Yes, the yanks seem to be loving it. I absolutely agree. This looks like to me, and many, a nailed on, short, medium AND long-term investment.
For me ... 'no ragrets', I'm in 3 shares only. F..k spreading the risk. If you've got twenty shares at 5% each in your portfolio and one increases by 50%, what real diference does it make to your overall position? Probably not much, ie. your portfolio will increase by 2.5%. and you'll be wishing you had more in the 50%er.
I acknowledge their are swings and roundabouts ( slides are cool!) and we all have diferent levels of risk aversion. So, each to their own.
By the way, I know when the some of kids talk they might say, for example "that should of been banned bro'". Can we please try and educate the yoof of today to say 'have' instead of 'of'?.
Jus sayn like

is p ish. Managed 7 days and gave in tonight.
Been investing/trading (neither, cos i've been really bad) for 18 mths and ended up 2.2% on Hogmanay. I just can't wait until we, Avacta, come of age and begin to move onwards, towards our promised land.
Doh, once this is over (if ever), me and my georgeous wife are coming down to liverpool, for what might be one of many, weekend Avacta parties. I want to shake your hand (without f.....g sanitiser) and just say hi (hey). You're an asset to this board and if the snowflakes and pussies don't get it... well fu.. them. Enjoy the weekend everybody. If it's not next week, then come on tae fu.k, it has to be sometime in January, surely?
Shout out to Arnold Palmer, PL75, Richob (and AgentB, keep it coming guys (Gal(s?)) and see you in Liverpool!!

Hi northfork
Apologies for not replying sooner, I'm on the wine and also on a couple of other BB's trying to remain up-to-date. I'll try the link again but in any case, go to stockwits dot com and look for ARBKF. If you scroll down, you'll come across the American 'chat' which is fascinating when we compare to our chat . Their board, to me, seems similar to ours but just more extreme, in both directions. Well worth wasting 10 min's of your life on a Friday night in lockdown to gain an insight.

Hi folks, i'm a fairly new investor, started off in EML last year (will definitely go back there Q1/Q2 2021) and have been building in Avacta since early May. I was all in until Monday when I spotted a tweet from BBN (thank you BBN) which made me look at BMN. What an incredible company this is! And what an incredible sector to be in! Talk about getting in early (well it seems early to me), although I do sympathise for the many of you who seem to have been through a rough ride over the last seven years or so. I'm extremely impressed and encouraged by the belief that everybody (LTH and newbies) hold in Bushveld. I've done some research and intend to do much, much more. The independant website is well done and very informative. I note some links for newbies have generously been posted today, indeed daily, and I'll be sure to follow them up.
So, I skimmed 10% off Avacta and will hold there and add here from a percentage of profits (if and as long as they come).
Bought at 11.44 and already up 26.37% ... what's not to love about Bushveld Minerals?
Brilliant Company and brilliant board.
Well done and good luck to everybody.

amateur, no offence caused. Your post, in my eyes, was a bit weird but you've backed it up with a cracking follow-up to enlighten us all. Indy, you told him not to stop and he sure didn't..LOL. Funny post last night re the wife's battered sausage :-)

It's been a really good board today.
Amature Invest. I've never posted negatively and I really haven't posted much, but really? "I've never felt so clean" ... Have you tried showering and general, decent, personal hygene? What a crap first post.. embarrassing.

Thanks CELTICS, posted at 00:30. https://www.adeptrix.com/resources
From the 'Developing a Covid-19 antigen test (05.15.20)' link ... Secure, reproducible supply – as Affimer® proteins are not derived from an animal source, they can be made at low cost repeatedly and MADE ANYWHERE (my capitals).
This, to me , is a significant hint that they are at least considering that the Affimers could be produced under license, as demand for our LFT develops, anywhere in the world and in any quantity!
The excitement is building. Every night now, before nodding off, my wife says 'come on Avacta'

GAZALA69 and infor25, thank you. I was just checking out what I should do and will take on board your suggestion infor25. It seems inconceivable that we don't both have it but if there's a chance, then self-isolate we must.
Thanks again

RoxburyHouse, that's a great piece of advice mate. I've come across that before in my bathroom fitting days. It can also be that the dome cover (normally on a 90mm shower waste) hasn't been put put back on properly after cleaning and might not be sealing and therefore not creating a proper trap. Worth checking as well.

Hi Spike, that re-inforces the message of how contagious this virus really is. I hope your daughter is ok. mowzerrocks, that reminded me of my vist to Rochester to pick something up about a month ago. I popped into a petrol Station and was wearing a mask, paying for my fuel and this guy hobbled in with a prosthetic leg (no offence at all to prosthetic leg wearers) but no mask. The teller asked him to please wear a mask and quick as a flash he replied .. "medical reasons mate!", pointed down at his leg and carried on up to the Costa machine. I L'dOL.
You're not going to believe this but our test results have just been texted to my wife and I. My wife, who was showing all of the classic signs on Saturday is negative which I'm obviously delighted with and I, who was and still am, not showing any signs, have tested positive. She received her text a good five minutes before me so talk about a shocker. Anway, it is what it is.
Where's that wine?
Cheers

Sorry mowzerrocks. I commited the cardinal sin of spelling your name wrong ... a capital 'M' and only one 'r'. I'm away to give myself a good talking to.
In my defence, as well as being only my 5th ever post, I actually started a new thread! Not only that, it received replies!! I just got over-excited.
Now calm down Jimmy and have a glass of wine .... aaah that's better.
Cheers
