Good thought provoking post Wyndrum. I'd love to think the problem is down to your second point, that it's due to massive order commitments and I find it reasonable to accept the possibility that AS is not too happy 'appeasing' PI's every request and moan for updates. So much so that i'm getting the feeling he will retain RNS info until it becomes illegal not to.
On this new study am I right in assuming that there appears to have been 98 +ve samples up to CT28 which were all correctly identified and 2 @ CT29-30 which were not. This looks to me like our limit of detection is CT28, which is still fantastic! I just think 98% @< (or =)CT30 is a bit of a misleading way of showing it when it's really 0%@CT29-30 based on two samples. I'm sure pretty much the same stat's emerged in the original data.
Absolutely not a de-ramp. I've never held more shares in Avacta than I do now. Just wondered if anybody had similar thoughts or am I being too pedantic?
Happy Sunday everybody.

Post of the day Indy, if not the week (laughter and some very big words). This board has been great today. Sentiment based on a brilliant webinar yesterday is fantastic.
Enjoy the weekend folks!

Hi Jive, I'm not sure you've done your maths correctly. The mouse studies showed approx 1:1 ratio (50%:50%) in the tumor and the heart. If, with Pro-dox, the ratio goes to 0:1 (0%:100%) in the heart/tumor respectively that would mean that the Doxorubicin in the tumor has increased by 100% (from 50%). In otherwords it has doubled not trebled as you are pointing out. Please forgive me if I have mis-understood your maths or any part of your post.
Exciting times indeed!
Not a maths teacher.

Epping, could you please stop your rediculous and childish verbal abuse of Wyndrum ,who I, and I'm sure many others, have the upmost respect for the input he brings to this board. His posts are always very well composed and deserve their place here whether you agree with none, some or all of their content.
Give it a rest. You're making yourself look foolish.

Scardey_cat, That's a stunning, classy letter you've written there, well done. I like that you don't mention Avacta as it may have come across as a bit prejudised.
I'll certainly be copying and pasting, word for word, and forwarding to anybody of influence I can think of.
You're one of the very best posters, in my opinion, on this board. Keep it up my friend.
Cheers

A really interesting post Wyndrum. Thanks for taking the time to explain in Layman's terms how things look from a charting perspective. It kind of makes sense. Good to see you back.

Absolutely stunning results!! 100% sensitivity for ct<27 (had to say it again). I'm sure Sir AS will be fuming that the CV threw up 1 false negative which otherwise would have resulted in a 100%/100% result. I can't believe that our amazing affimers would incorrectly show a negative sample as positive. There must have been a problem with the PCR test :-))
What a ride!
Surely we are completely de-risked now.
Congratulations to ALL holders!

Hi Acty,
my apologies, yes it was a fill or kill but HL didn't give me that option in the morning, just a phone number.

Hi folks
Didn't have time this morning to call HL to buy my first load here but managed near the close to buy directly through my account with HL. No phone call is now required. Lost out on the huge rise today but well done to everybody here for catching it early.

Hey Matt
I did it 2 weeks ago. My wife set up her own ISA on HL with £100 (5 minutes to do it). I sold £19,900 worth of Avacta on the Monday and had to wait until the Wednesday for the transaction to clear. It then took a 10 minute converstaion with a guy at HL to talk us through the transfer of my money into her Shares ISA. I also have access to her ISA on my HL account. Unfortunately I lost exactly 1000 shares in the two days but the opposite can happen, as it did when I opened my Shares ISA with 20k of Argo a couple of weeks prior to that and gained about 15%. It's just your luck and timing.
Good luck mate.

Good evening RookieInvester82. Dagnamit, I should have spent time checking back for the facts before posting. Thanks for a another really good, informative post, I don't mind being put in my place by more knowledgeable and younger Argonaughts which, let's face it, is probably most of you (although I do have an Argo t-shirt).
Hodling for the kids and grand kids.

I've read so many times, here and on the Avacta board, of people concerned about setting up a Share ISA and losing money in the movement of existing shares into the ISA due to the time it takes. I opened up my first ever Share ISA on Wednesday. I sold 20k's worth of Argo (6803 shares), early morning and had to wait until it cleared today until I could transfer it into my H&L ISA, then this morning, extremely luckily, I managed to buy 8308 Argo shares for the same money!! Absolutely not boasting but I just want to point out that it can obviously go both ways, with a bit of luck. I'm now wondering when the opportunity might come to do the same in my wife's newly opened share ISA without it going the opposite way (losing money). Hodling like many here and actually feeling very calm in my investment.
Got my black n gold Argo T-shirt which is fine quality and the better half things I look like a twat in it so I'm wearing it loads.
Gool luck, keep the belief and hodl strong.
Cheers

AgentB It's like you've found your voice! What a brilliant post, brimming with confidence and well presented evidence. In real life i'm fairly vocal and very confident, but on these boards I tend to hang back and observe. Go girl! Keep it coming. Your contributions are quite clearly valued and respected.

Hey folks
I hope you're all as excited and happy as My wife and I are. OMG, this has been an 11 month roller coaster. I'm fairly new to investing but OMG i have learnt so much. I haven't checked but I'm sure i said about 2 years ago when i was in EML (not in now but will defo go back there) that my main aim was to buy my 3 kids a motorhome with any profits that I may potentially make. Well, hopefuly here I am on the cusp of being able to do just that, assuming the amazing Huffington Post article is real (and I believe it is). Love you guys as genuinely, collectively, you have helped me keep the Avacta faith. Sorry if I'm boring you but hey ho. xx
Cheers

Hey lunq, just logged on after an afternoon game of golf (now restricted to a two ball only). I know it's bit late responding on this part of the thread but I'm of the opinion that having 'Big Balls' has become a fairly generic and non sexist term in relation to holding one's nerve or having guts and I'm not too sure that calamari's "1970's sexism" response is relevent and may be perceived as 'tick mining' (see what I did there?). I asked my wife (she doesn't have any) and she would not be offended by the terminology at all, obviously only when used in this kind of context.
I enjoy your posts lunq. please keep them coming.
AGB is 31% of my PF and intend to hold strong for the forseeable.
