Maybe you did read down the page & thought you still like to post the negative bit but forgot to mention the money made from argo block chain. Or the new BOD driving Vela in the right direction.

Not very observant are you? Why didn't you read the next couple of articles down? Argo block chain has just made good gains which VELA holds 3m shares in. Vela has converted bonds into shares accumulating no debts. Sounds pretty decent to me. Maybe when people say DYOR you really need to do it properly

Bearing in mind the money I've put on here is well down now but Ive still topped up with the buy in price being as low as it is I wanted to get my average down. My portfolio was only keeping just level through the massive gains I'd made on vela. Look at vela now. I was sensible enough to take out my initial investment plus 20% profit & put it here. I still have interest in vela as I bought in at .05. Luckily I'm patient enough to wait for this to go where it is destined to go.

JD888 if you'd bought in early you'd still be well up. Even if not all you do is sell so many of your shares in that company & put them into something like syme. Then your profits are good to go here & you still have a decent interest there. Just like I did

Im not invested here but I'm seriously considering it after that RNS. If doubters can't see the positive in it there's no hope for them. The only thing stopping me is the current SP. It's a case of stick with something else or twist & buy in at a higher price than I wanted to. Even if I did buy in I can only see this going a good bit higher once LOI is accepted.

If people aren't used to see this happening over & over again they're very naive or brand new. There's nothing wrong with being new we all were at one time. This is what happens on the AIM. Big risks, big profits but usually big losses. Do your research on a company. See what their debt is like, see if they're actually making money. See if they're getting ramped up beyond belief without a penny profit (Tesla). Those zombies in the US have made that company twice as valuable as Toyota. If anyone knows anything about car sales they'll know that is the most ridiculous thing ever. The reason the SP has gone down as far is because people have made good profits so they've cashed up. Nothing wrong in that we are all here to make money.

Fivecandles, why would you be ramping another share on the vela board? Don't you think frequent visitors to boards see this happen quite a bit from desperate people

They need to publish an RNS with substance, there's nothing new in it. Except the fact they've stopped working on copd to work on covid like everyone else is. That doesn't make profit. Maybe developing copd further on they'll get it out there to make profits

Yes me as well nice little bonus they've came across. I'm a bit for tech & new energy more than anything else nowadays. I've others in my portfolio but it's the likes of SYME who are better for a long termer for me personally. I've really really got to be thinking of retirement in 6 to 10yrs at most . I mean very most when I say 10.In 6 yrs time I'll be part time no matter what. I'd prefer to have a few Bob to enjoy not working. I've worked hard enough from being 15yrs old to last 3 life times. God ill be getting the violins out for myself in a minute. Actually there's a lot to be said about keeping very active after you hit 40. I have & I haven't had a birthday since. Quite a few yrs ago that was as well.

I have OCD not just a bit either,but I'm all over the place. I'll research 10 companies at a time. Obviously I can't get really in depth with any 1 single company doing it that way. The one I've learnt more than anything though is patience. Which I find almost impossible but I'm much better than I was. Only wish I was impatient with Sirius, why did I even mention that company.

Vela was up 80% I think it was 85% up earlier on as I put my profit into Syme but this is my long termer, my ISA hopefully my finances are starting to get a boost after being in the doldrums for a long time & I've finally learned to be a bit patient

Looks like I might be right in thinking they were sells & not buys to drop again wouldn't make sense with 3 buys going in at that size

I topped up earlier & it's showing as sells so hopefully those big buys are buys & not sales
