Im with you jkb47 I'm actually selling up if it is a placing again. I'm playing with profits so it won't be that hard for me to do. I reckon 2020 will be going down in history as the year of the placings.

Im a building inspector eddie666 who has dealt in shares 27yrs I know the difference between substance. I worked my way up from being a tradesman I don't think you can tell me anything about house building either

I know I'm going to get s**t for saying this, but that RNS contained nothing of substance for a SP increase. Not a single contract signed was mentioned & the big one not a penny extra coming into the company yet. I'm pointing out facts not deramping. You can let me know if I missed anything but bottom line is that last RNS didn't mention anymore money coming in. At the end of the day that's what will dictate the SP

You would imagine if the SP went up 1p then the amount of people cashing in would be massive but then again I'm a builder not a financial whizz kid

I do know there's a reason we aren't all millionaires. They don't like it this is where they go full on to stop us making big gains. It's a big game they're playing today

Look at the volume of trades, the SP hasn't changed all day. Call me naive but I've said it since this morning 1st thing something is off here.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion if it doesn't fit with you well you don't have to read them. This board is for anyone not just opinions that fit your way of thinking
