Not true this is an approval to market for an as yet undefined time usually until the FDA makes a decision on full approval. These are not granted without so degree of review so the FDA obviously believe the product is safe and effective enough to grant at this stage. Hopefully the full approval is just a formality now and should come soon.

Depends on strategy, trader vs LTH, short vs long wether you have sold or believe in the future of the company and are holding based on what you believe in and the potential of the company. As we all know and experience things can change very quickly!
