Sorry to pick flies but this is incorrect. There have been more RNS's that I care to count, that have led to absolutely zero - so you can't even trust an RNS with AIM.

Interesting CLSK. The churn of machines can only help companies like SLNH, with their access to cheap power and finding a profitable home for these old machines. The CEO said recently they want to focus on HPC but this segment of the business looks very promising aswell. They seem to have no competitors and instead offer solutions to different problems that all parties in the supply chain are going to run in to. Do you know whether they hold any patents, like for this 'behind the meter' software they use?

Good day for BTBT yesterday. I sold up and upped my CORZ stake. Think we might see some announcements soon from them. Will be looking to get back into BTBT at some point. WULF looking very strong aswell. Feels like as solid a bet as you can get, this next 3 months at least, holding the HPC miners.

Thanks CLSK will take a look. Are they designing their own chips? Similar to BTBT they have close ties with China? I wasn't impressed with their loan rate being 11% was it, compared with MARA and CORZ recent offering. Have to admit I didn't look into it too much. I believe Invest Answers tipped them recently aswell and he has a team doing the dd.

Have to admit, I was planning on exiting towards the end of this year and now thinking I'll be holding, certainly while the global liquidity taps are on, as HPC hosting is here to stay and is going to keep rerating for awhile yet imo. Keep hearing that institutional money views some of these bitcoin miners as very cheap data centre real estate companies. Adam Sullivan confirmed in interview the the extra cash was to buy additional data centres.

BTBT earnings AH today though, so I am holding through this, as think they will be positive.

I won't be parting with my SLNH stake mind you, as think they become a much bigger company in the coming years.

Watched the CORZ and SLNH interviews with power mining analysis over the weekend. Both are chasing HPC more than BTC mining, which bodes well for the future health of both companies. I am going to have to fight the urge to not go all in on CORZ today, think they are building a monster there that will be bigger than all other miners put together, which sounds like a ridiculous claim on the surface, but when crypto winter comes, and CORZ get recognition for their Coreweave deal next year, Corz no longer feels like a btc cyclical play. I also think Coreweave will take the remaining option, to bring it to 500MW AND add to it further, by the sound of what the CEO said. Key differential between them and WULF, IREN + other HPC miners is they have the team and expertise in building out data centres for HPC. I don't see Wulf pulling a Coreweave contract, I think they will sell the assets, because they don't have the knowhow building out HPC. I think Wulf's pilot project is a proof of concept to then sell off.

No I don't either, but looking back, many were assuming Warrants would extinguish the debt. Whereas this new debt agreement will be on much better terms, and so is net positive for me. Makes perfect sense. What they will do with the extra cash is the question but management seem very savvy. Bullish for corz and price now is a good one imo.

But no, probably going towards the HPC build out.

Be interesting to see what CORZ do with the remaining cash. And then compare that with just buying bitcoin ala MARA. Strikes me as a lack of imagination and confidence in their ops, to just buy btc.

Investors are not converting their warrants. And so CORZ are basically refinancing at 2% (if similar rate as MARA, which no reason why it shouldn't be) instead of 12% on the outstanding $150m debt from the bankruptcy. Seems like a no brainer move. What they do with the remaining $200m? Buy SLNH hopefully lol!

Was going to say RE WULF, they have diluted a good chunk to pay off the debt. Can't blame them with the SP run up, but I think they'd have done it anyway. Prager seems like a BS'er to me, prefer Nazir and Patrick. His selling shares and buying them back into a trust that is not visible doesn't sit right with me. They do have probably the biggest insider ownership in the sector though and arguably the best infra. Something is making me not buy back into them though and I don't know what it is. I'll probably regret it in 6 months time!

I did reduce MIGI as was overexposed and brought CORZ, which looked a bargain. I think they'll have a strategy behind this raise and it might free them up for acquisitions and/or hodl.

Had planned to buy a proper stake today (along with APLD) and was trying to buy (and struggling) and hadn't even seen the news! Managed to snag a good few between 1.05 and 1.25. MIGI looked like a good buy even before this HPC deal, because of the potential upside on the chart compared with peers. One of the few left with 10x+ potential from here this cycle.

Back at the races today folks.

I'll stick my head on the block and say the low is in now at $49k for btc. No doubt there will be other belly drops along the way but I believe we're seeing the beginnings of the much anticipated move to $100k (and hopefully beyond) for btc by year end. Fingers crossed!

Yes the climb to $90-$100k is nearly upon us imo. All pointing to $100k btc by the end of September, let us hope so! Argo into the 30s by that time? Eye rubbing valuation by all accounts.

I've had a dabble in SDIG after looking into them y'day. Looks like they have some nice assets, although debt of $50m+. If the MWs and access to power are the asset though, they are clearly undervalued. Either it rockets with btc or gets brought out at a premium from these levels. No idea about this carbon capture register they are awaiting a decision on, maybe that can moonshot it aswell.

Yeah I'm not feeling stressed being in currently, given we have such a perfect storm brewing for the markets and particularly crypto. The stress is trying to follow the sector as closely as possibly to jump on the fastest horses for me.

And not out of the woods yet but think we may have bottomed. Bitcoin conference on Saturday, could be a sell the news but Trump likes to make a splash, so hopefully the rumours on reserve currency are true. I had planned to get back in before the weekend anyway but didn't think it would turn so soon today.

I capitulated and added at 3.60 for btbt. Not worth risking missing the upside, if it never gets there, when gains are going to be explosive. Also added CIFR, BITF and SLNH this past hour, after being fully out the last few days. Can rest easy now I'm back in the market lol
