On a positive note, i can still sell over 1mill shares in one lump @ 1.50,

so ill though there is high risk here , which we are all aware of, the mm's are confident they can move over 1mill easy enough.

with the new issue of shares , 1,630,612 which was 3% of the full share issue has taken the amount of shares in place to 54130612 , 3% is 1623918, so im still under,

but same as many on here, have a few grand in place if/as/or continues to drop.

Are the main key to a good, very good or a very profitable rto, it can go in many directions ,

if you think to acquire a listing the cost roughly £4 mill and approx 6 months listing time,

to get a quicker listing, (ie) rto,

so , 4000000- ^56000000= 0.071p

is a bit of a starting figure, in this equation theres the dept, cash in bank, assest, and what ever the company has to put on the table which a price tag can be put to, contacts, date base, ect,ect

then there is the urgency of the company who wishes to rto, the m/c , sector, deals in the pipe line ect,ect

go on for ever, but mainly down to the directors and there connections and mostly experience.

these are just rough figures but give or take a bit of down but hopefully a lot of up. lol .
