Roger, we are not saying its allwyn the cash cow main engine, it will be a subsidiary, allwyn UK Ltd.

According to you, why would allwyn UK Ltd, open a Ltd company, you have to start somewhere, Ltd, aim then move to main market, why open Ltd, if you can go straight to lse main market,

I am begining to think the rto was sorted before the annocement of the new directors took over, and the new company did a lot of buying on the day announced and are sat holding a lot of stock, ( no tr1 , becaused this would be market sensertive) and they have been slowly building since knowing it would drop with silence closer to dead line, i,e tomorrow,

averageing down in process.

the volume , before , during the big rise and after does not add up,

new shares will be allocated to the new company,( in 100's of millions depending on the m/c of the rto, )

basicly, the % they hold already + the shares allocated to them selves will add up to roughly there worth, and will reflect on the s/p on the relisting of market.

i honestly begine to think this is allwyn uk limited.
