Well if consolidated to help grow a company and attract investors, like this will do, is a good thing.

If a company consolidates ,its screwed its investors to a max, and has intentions of rinse and repeat situation, to help keep there salary, well. Thats bad.

In this case, our main investor is not on wages, jim mccoll, so it will be to encourage investors to help build the bank.

Big investors are not bothered about a company, all they are interested in is a % of profit of each investment in there portfolio, and they have 100's.

So, once a certain price is hit, they will start to buy, with expectations that the warrants price will be hit, whilst the purchases of them buying encouraging new investors gives them a opportunity to forward sell the warrants, controlling the s/p on the journey of hiting the specified s/p.

This is where chp, ( jim and Chris) have been very astute with the Placing & warrants attached, and also once the 0.0075 hit, the nomads, start to earn there crust, and keep a equal balance to warrants price, and if a sell off, jim and Chris have a ace up there sleave , (update news) to keep growth of the s/p.

Basically.

At these levels , and higher, it is a no lose situation,

But,
