I don't mind a bit of discussion, as (chp) have a interest, but,

Let's not let , historical investments steer us away from why we are here, its chp, alba bank.

All hamak have Joe, is the licence, and debt, building debt, and the licence has been sold, obviously the investors see a return via the phases of equity agreement but its still a lot of , suck it and see, hamak are skint, and debt is building , by the time they get gold out the ground, hamak will be lucky to still have a 15/ 20% interest.

To be honest lvu333, they have little choose, with the premium they payed, but are clawing a bit back with the 'cln's , I'm in same boat, with my 4.2% holdings, but a lot cheaper. And fix-it med will come good mid 2026, which also chp have a interest, ( via 20% holdings) in igraine, not to forget, weshop, phew can go on all night with the ,(fingers in the pie) investments.

And yes I will be having a dabble, at some stage, but, there's a lot of dilution in sp , and even more, once chp take there cut with the debt hamak are accumulating with the interest building. Bottem is way off in hamak.

Hamak gold took ofus investors, via shares in vela, which dilute the s/p , sold them at a lose, and still owe 'us' money via cln's interest, I for one, does not feed the hand that steals of me.i hope it comes good , so chp can retrieve its investment.

But I for one am more confident to reap rewards here in chp, with mccoll and cooke rather than paning for fools gold.

I don't know if this may have any significance to the hold up,

But.

Bill Thompson, a dear friend and partner at clydeblowers capital, passed away, as I read the notification, it states , the notification was 5 months ago.

So if Bill Thompson was a partner, in clydeblowers capital, I would think he was involved in the transformation of Caledonian holdings, and would have a financial interest,

If this the case, one would think there will be legal matters to address.
