Cooke and mccoll had foresight in the downward of vela, but cooke did not sell, all the way through the planning of this new venture, cooke had to sit and watch the collapse of velas s/p, his investment dwindling away, mccoll had nothing to lose, although Jim mcoll is the purse string , I think , Chris cooke, deserves a large pant on the back , and massively rewarding, for his trust in Jim mccoll, and holding his nerve.
