Smoke, any sanctions and tariffs slapped on rare earths would put Rainbow in a very good position but still doesn't change the fact that the company have not made any head way to making a profit since I bailed and I have been watching Rainbow from the sidelines for quite some time, I really had big plans when I bought my first tranche, even topped up a few times, but watching the company slowly sink and seeing profits dwindling still and nothing has changed other than this threat, I am positioned accordingly and will gladly jump right back in which case it would mean other shares would need to be sold but until I'm convinced otherwise good look to all invested. The article was a good read.

I think some people may be a bit misguided here, rare earths are not as rare as you might think. The challenge with producing rare earths (and the reason they are given there name) is that they are rarely found in concentrated lumps, these are chemically sociable elements, happy to bond with other compounds and minerals and tumble about in the dirt, this makes extracting rare earths from the ground a lengthy and harrowing procedure. Once you take it from the ground the big challenge is chemistry. Hope this helps new investors.

Hi tbtt, been watching this share since way back when I sold out at 17p, was almost tempted back in today but I am of the same opinion as you, I will wait this out still as there is a lot more work Rainbow need to prove up before I consider a purchase back in, but good luck to all.

News to say that everything is on track, rig works are finalized and mobilization of rigs is underway and spudding will start the first week in July,or something like that, but the reality is we just need to be a bit more patient,yes that word again but it all adds to the anticipation, 4 to 5 weeks not long now.GLA

Two good articles in my news feed this morning,worth a look, 1, The Asian Age and 2, Energy World, just makes me think that if or when we strike oil this company is in a prime position to go a long way. Anticipation building more now. GLA.
