Shares need to be bought yesterday to stand a chance in counting towards any more votes. So I can’t imagine we’ll see much volume until next Wednesday. Highly doubt DN is trying to buy the company, he likely increased a couple of % to give his NO vote even more clout.

Could well be MMs covering forward-sold shares that have had to be bought back due to the risk of the shares not being issued next week.

The warrants on the 400m are conditional on the GM resolutions passing I believe.

Tons of small orders on the BID = Bid-stacking/peg algo: a participant wants the price supported or nudged up, but doesn’t want size hit. They “feather” the book with lots of crumbs.

Yes Gloria, those are my exact thoughts. The MM activity has been weird all week, with sells way over the mid price. Also unusually PEEL have hardly been on the BID/ASK until today.

The company and broker will be aware of how the voting is going and clearly it wasn't looking good hence the RNS.

If the NHSE news came out now it would indicate huge corruption, no chance that's happening without an investigation. My guess is they're trying to get PIs to sell up as they're likely the ones voting NO. There is also a chance it's to let Allenby's clients out with profit (the 400m shares) or maybe DN fancied another 10% or so ...who knows!

I think they're trying to entice sellers, wish I had waited a day before significantly reducing my holding! Trouble is it's also likely to attract a load of new buyers so I'm not sure it'll work.

Well there's 2x 5m sells well under the BID.

Thank you for your posts DN, with great respect to you the question in my mind is why would you not sign the NDA confidentiality agreements. I would think this would be a prerequisite for gaining a seat on the board.

I've voted NO, however, given the risk of impending suspension in the coming weeks, I've had to reduce my holding significantly.

Seems like there's been a staged walk down in share price to facilitate huge dilution and a rock-bottom fundraise, much like some have been predicting for years. Whether this is simply how the AIM machine works I don't know, but I know the nominated advisor controls a lot of what they have or haven't said publicly. I've voted NO with my modest holding, in the hope that DN can help with alternative funding that doesn't dilute long term holders and generally to support positive change for private investors. Which broker do you use, Eureka? ...Mine rounds quotes up to 2 decimal places making it tricky to see what is happening.

I’m thinking the 400m Allenby clients will vote yes, so if it was just them against DN’s 100m it would be 80% YES vs 20% NO. The rest of the votes will be the smaller PIs.

At the moment unless DN reveals a plan or buys significantly more shares I imagine the resolutions will probably squeeze through, but it could go either way.

22m shares represents 2.15% currently and 0.9% after the proposed 1.4b are issued (if resolutions pass).

Interesting trading today, a lot of big sells and then suddenly it moved up and then a 22 million trade shows up just before the bell at what was then the sell price.

Either it’s a worked buy filled throughout the day or a straightforward sell, but then what caused the price to rise? I wonder if PEEL raised it to accumulate stock (voting rights) in order to help ensure the resolutions are passed.
