Amers, that's quite possible. I also think there's a high chance David is increasing his stake or somebody else is buying big. If you recall he didn't notify about his original percentage crossing trades back in the summer, until the company asked him to before the placing. By not notifying, it avoids drawing too much attention and allows somebody to increase stake without causing a massive rise in the share price.
